Terracotta statue of Venus of Mela. Made in one size. Modeling done in high relief. Handcrafted from Impruneta clay, frost resistant to -30°C with excellent durability, the shape remains unchanged over time. As the seasons pass, it acquires a nice superficial appearance.
 
Venus of Mel is an ancient sculpture from the Hellenistic period and one of the most famous works of ancient Greek sculpture. Created sometime between 130 and 100 BC, the statue is believed to be of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty.
