Terakotový květináč Florado
Created together with designer Maddalena Vantaggi, Florado (meaning "to bloom" in Esperanto) is a range of terracotta pots of various sizes that offer a new interpretation of the classic Byzantine decoration that has always been used to create square vases. It is designed for the first time in curved shapes and with a gradient that, as it rises, ensures that the decoration leaves room for the material nature of the terracotta. It is a tradition that flourishes again in a new form, circular and maternal, which tells us that harmony lies in the balance, respect and fusion between the work of man and nature.


 


Florado 35 is the middle vase of the collection. Florado was first presented at the 86th Craft Exhibition in Florence as one of the winning projects of the Made in Mida 2022 challenge.
