FREEDOM, 2023, 80 x 80 cm circle, acrylic and gold dust --- I am fascinated by the power of my unconscious, which has been incredibly communicating with me lately. I felt a great attachment...to my children, my husband, my property and also to my daily duties and worries. My soul yearns for freedom and screams through my unconscious that communicates with me through images in dreams and imagination and lo and behold two wolves appear in the image. For me, the wolf is a symbol of a free animal, a connection with the cycles of the moon and all of nature. I have peace within me, because through creation I bridge the gap between conscious real life and the desires of my soul.
